This Personal Narrative & Informational Writing unit is aligned with the common core standards for writing and works great with social studies history units.
Students create informational books and timelines using structured writing organizers, drawing pages, final draft pages and a special memory quilt craft project. Students love researching about themselves and feel proud and excited to complete their own nonfiction book that is all about them! This is also a favorite of parents too!
