This unit is a collection of engaging MODELS and LABS that help students understand the abstract concepts of space. There are no crafts, but rather kinesthetic models and online labs. It also includes engaging real world pictures and literacy extensions. This TEKS aligned unit also includes suggested lesson list to teach all concepts.
This packet is divided into 5 sections:
Worksheets to help extend learning including headbands, spinners, and worksheets.
Readers are magazine type reading passages that include real life pictures. They explain key concepts for each planet or concept. Including

These experiments use interactive websites to demonstrate abstract concepts. Students will reach conclusions about the essential questions for each space concept.
