26 pages you can use to introduce letters, letter sounds, and letter formation or to intervene with students who need extra practice in letter and sound identification. Students will color in a bubble letter of each capital and lowercase letter and beginning sound pictures to match. They will also highlight the correct capital and lowercase letter and trace and write their own. The pictures can also be useful to introduce ELL students to new vocabulary in English. Bind the pages to create an ABC book that students can read independently for reinforcement.
The last page is an alphabet chart students can use for independent writing by matching the sounds and key words that will be introduced.
Please note that each vowel has pictures of the long and short sound of each letter. The letter Xx has pictures that end with the /ks/ sound such as box, fox, mix and ax since those are the sounds students will encounter most frequently in books.
