This is a sample of my much bigger unit. If you like this freebie please look at the full unit.
This unit is full of all sorts of alphabet sorts. There are a variety of sorts for all of the different levels in your classroom. Sorts are organized to follow the Open Court sequence of letter/sound introduction. Each sort comes in color and blackline. The colored versions are great for creating interactive smartboard lessons to introduce in small or whole group lessons. In addition, you can laminate the sorts for continual use throughout the school year. These activities are great for word work, literacy center activities, remediation and tutoring sessions. Assessments are provided at the end of the unit to monitor student progress on various skills: letter identification, letter-sound correspondence and initial sound.
If you want sorts that follow ABC order, please see my other All Sorts of Alphabet Sorts unit
