PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

So many students are afraid of poetry--as soon as they see a poem they just shut down. This activity for the poem "All Souls" by Edith Wharton (PERFECT for your October/Halloween unit) breaks down the poem into stanzas and has students look for one thing in each stanza. By breaking down the poem into manageable chunks, students will be able to understand the poem and move into analyzing it.

The poem is high-interest and very spooky--a great way to get reluctant poetry readers invested.
