All-Star Place Value Riddle Task Cards can be used in a center or for an interactive math journal activity. These riddles will assess whether or not your students have a good understanding of the concept of values of digits and basic understandings of place value up to the hundreds place. The answers are all three digit numbers. The students will also write their own riddle for their own mystery number and share it with a classmate.

There are also a set of digit cards with the 0 - 9 digits. This is a center activity that also promotes higher order thinking that requires them to manipulate the digits to create a three digit number to match the clues.
