These activities can be completed independently or in a small group. Your students can use the response sheets after reading independently or after a shared reading. The response sheets would also work well in centers too. And, the activity sheets in this packet would be great for your fast finishers!
The word wall cards would be great for students to use as a reference when they are writing. All you need to do is print, cut, and add these words to your word wall or writing board. Your students will have so much fun using these words in their writing during this busy season!
In this packet you will also find other resource printables that reinforce those Common Core State Standards for ELA. Again, you can use these activities for whole group work, place them in page protectors for small group activities, or place them in centers. They would also be great for fast finishers!
And last, Bookworm! Your kiddos will have so fun much practicing their blending skills while playing this card game. They won’t even realize they are learning!
