This one page activity work sheet has 3 parts. The first part is the definition of "Alliteration" with examples. This part should be read aloud in class. The second part is a "fun" part where the students look to make words from the letters that form the word "alliteration." The students really liked combining letters and finding words; they did it as a competition to see who could get the most words. Part 3 is usage; using alliteration, students have to create a newspaper headline and a book title. An answer KEY is provided, but student answers will be individual.
