Product Description
Tom Stoppard's Arcadia is a beautiful and haunting play which crosses time while remaining in one place. It is in part a commentary on history and so it is chock full of neat literary, artistic, and cultural references. In order for students to better understand the jokes and the commentary occurring in the play, I use this activity sheet which has the more prominent references before we read the play. The purpose is to look up the allusions and explain them; this way when they do come up in the play, students will have a richer understanding.
