I absolutely loved this resource. There are great pictures. I used this as a part of a center. My only con is that some pictures were hard for students to know what they were by themselves.
Description
These alphabet puzzles help kids learn about beginning sounds and letter recognition. They're a fun addition to literacy centers, puzzle centers and morning work stations.
Included in this pack:
- 26 x Ice Cream Beginning Sounds Puzzles (each letter has four pictures to match)
- 26 x Ice Cream Letter Recognition Puzzles (match the capital letter to the lower case letter)
- Storage labels and picture guide
- Dashed lines are included for a minimal prep version, alternatively you can cut out the individual cones and scoops
- There's a choice of Zaner Bloser or primary fonts
