I used this sheet, copied front to back, to use with the book "A Squiggly Story." In the book, a young boy makes stories out of letters because he is too young to write whole words. It's a fun story for encouraging young writers.
With this sheet, students use the box with the letter inside and turn it into a tiny artwork. The point is to be creative and "hide" the letter in your artwork by turning the letter into something else.
This project could be used in conjunction with a variety of stories, as a quick art activity, or other fun ideas.
