These clip strips are great for practicing and reinforcing beginning sounds. There are 3 complete sets of the alphabet included. There are two different versions available in this set. One is black and white so it can be copied onto bright paper and the second is a full color version. I designed these to be used with the clothespins that were found in the Target Dollar Spot during back to school season. If you do not own these, you can simply buy a set of clothespins and write letters on them.
-If you like to use the Iris photo storage containers to store your centers this can still be done. Simply print these as portrait (the default is landscape). It will make them smaller (and waste a bit more paper) but they will fit PERFECTLY into the container.
-Use bright paper (such as Astrobrights) to save ink and print the black and white version.
-Use any letter manipulative with these cards, not just the alphabet clips
-Put in a dry erase pocket and let children write over the picture the beginning sound
