These Alphabet Cootie Catchers are a fast and fun way to consolidate knowledge of upper and lower case letters and beginning sounds.
How To Play (briefly):
- Working in pairs children choose a capital letter then, checking the number above that letter, move the Cootie Catcher that number of times.
- They then choose an inner lower case letter and move the Catcher again
- When the final letter is chosen the flap is opened to reveal a picture and the children decide what its starting sound is.
7 Cootie Catchers
- Y, Z, B & D
2 picture charts containing all the pictures used in the pack for student reference. They can also be cut up and stapled together to make tiny alphabet booklets.
