There’s a Mouse in My House: Put it this way…If my students are given the choice to play any game in the whole Brainiac Education collection they choose There’s a Mouse in My House! It is simple yet effective and ADDICTIVE! Each player is given a house game card. Players work together to place all individual alphabet cards and mouse cards (shuffled) in a pile in the middle of the group. Alternatively, if your paper is not thick enough and you can see the mouse/letter through it place the card in a brown paper bag. Players take turns drawing a card from the pile. If it is an alphabet letter that is drawn the player attempts to identify it and place the card in a discard pile. If the player draws a mouse they call out (usually very excitedly, so be warned) THERE’S A MOUSE IN MY HOUSE! The player then places the mouse card on their house game card. The first player to fill all three spaces on their house card with a mouse is the game winner. Includes – 6 house game cards (however you can always print more copies if you want more players), 52 alphabet cards, 18 mouse cards and instructions for use.

Bulldog Alphabet Bingo Lowercase: Each player is given a game board and counters. Players listen to the caller as he or she calls out an alphabet letter (or sound). If the player has the corresponding letter on their game board they can place a counter on that square. The first player to cover all of their squares yells out bingo and is the game winner. Includes - 7 Bulldog game cards and instructions for use.

Bulldog Alphabet Bingo Capitals: Each player is given a game board and counters. Players listen to the caller as he or she calls out an alphabet letter (or sound). If the player has the corresponding letter on their game board they can place a counter on that square. The first player to cover all of their squares yells out bingo and is the game winner. Includes - 7 Bulldog game cards and instructions for use.

From Outer Space Alphabet Board Game: This visually appealing game will have your students begging you to let me play it over and over again. Students further consolidate their understanding of lowercase alphabet letters with this colourful and engaging board game. Each player picks one outer planet to begin on. Players take turns rolling the dice and moving their counter accordingly. When landing on a space, players attempt to identify the lowercase letter shown. Players work their way around the board and back to their planet. Only then can they attempt to roll the correct number/s to get to finish line, Earth.

Roll Say Keep Alphabet: Place one alphabet game card face up (optional – can be faced down) on each space. Place all remaining cards in a pile. Players take turns rolling the die and reading the card on the corresponding space. If the player can read the card they may keep it. The taken card is replaced with one from the large pile. If a player is unable to read the letter it is returned to the board. The player with the most cards wins.

Top Secret Detective Alphabet Board Game: Just how fun this board game is, is not so ‘top secret’. Your kiddies will love this detective themed alphabet recognition board game. As players move around the board from start to finish they identify the capital letters. Includes – Top Secret Board Game with instructions for use. I have a game borrowing system in my classroom where parents can ‘hire’ out a board game for the night. This sight word game is always a hit!

Octopus Ocean Alphabet Game: Looking for a fun game to further develop students alphabet recognition skills? Octopus Ocean asks players to go ‘fishing’ for an octopus and identify the letter shown and the corresponding sound. Letter identification, sound recall and letter formation! Look at all that learning in one game! WOW!
