Looking for a hands-on, no prep way to practice letters? An interactive alphabet notebook is the perfect solution! An alphabet interactive notebook gives students fine motor cutting practice, letter formation, letter identification, and letter sound practice all in one activity.

Whether you teach a letter a day or a letter of the week, alphabet interactive notebooks are the perfect addition to your alphabet routine.

How to use:

Students will cut the easy-cut lines and glue the two sections in their alphabet INB. You will want to model this for students. They will then:

  • Trace the letters
  • Write the letters
  • Practice upper and lowercase letter discrimination by coloring by code (letters with similar upper and lowercase letters will not change fonts to make differentiation easier for students).
  • Sort pictures by beginning sound and glue in the pictures that begin with that letter

Optional Alphabet Notebook covers are included.

Includes one page per letter.

Looking for a multi-sensory phonics unit to teach the alphabet? Empowering Little Readers™ Phonics Unit 1: Introducing Letters is perfect for you!
