This game is similar to Spot It
(Such a cute version!) which is an awesome game to improve visual perception, reading/language skills, and sportsmanship. I created this version with alphabet letters and animals to aid in letter identification and animal knowledge.
Instructions for Product: Print pages 3-9 on cardstock or regular paper—your call. (It will make 56 cards) Pages 10-12 have 3 options for the back of the cards—you can choose based on the accuracy of your printer and the amount of ink you’re willing to use. After printing, laminate for durability, and cut out the circles. You can use a 3” craft punch, or your trusty scissors to cut out the circles. These can be stored in a ziplock bag or an adorable tin.
Instructions to Play: Place one card in the center of the table, and deal the rest of the cards out equally to all of the players (2-6ish). Cards are kept in a stack and each player looks at his/her top card. Everyone plays at once and tries to find a match between the top card on his/her stack and the center card. The first person to find a match calls out the word or item and places his/her card on the center card. Everyone continues to search for matches to the new card. The first person to run out of cards is the winner!
