Description

Alphabet Letter Mats

Use these alphabet letter printables to help your students learn the 26 letters of the alphabet. These alphabet printables are perfect for reinforcing letter names, sounds, and letter formation.

Start by introducing the letter you are working on. Have students say the letter name and sound. Then have them air write the capital and lowercase letter

by following the correct letter formation arrows. Next have students FINGER TRACE the letter on the sheet. Once this is done it’s time to BUILD! Pull out those Target mini-erasers, pom-poms, unifix cubes, bear counters… and let students get to work building the letter. When they are done building have them TRACE AND

WRITE each capital and lowercase letter.
