My Alphabet Line Posters are a wonderful resource for teachers and students! They are bright and colorful and can be used as flashcards or as a reference for students in a writing or literacy center. There is one poster for each consonant, and two posters for each vowel (one for each long vowel sound and one for each short vowel sound). Each poster displays a letter of the alphabet, a picture of something that begins with that letter and the name of that picture. After purchasing, these 8 ½ x 11 inch posters can be printed on cardstock and laminated.
In this set, here is the list of words I used on my posters: apple, acorn, bee, cat, dog, elephant, eagle, fish, guitar, heart, igloo, ice cream, jelly, koala, lion, monkey, necklace, octopus, orange, pumpkin, queen, rainbow, sun, turtle, umbrella, unicorn, vase, watermelon, xylophone, yo-yo, and zebra.
