These "Ready, Set, Fold" mini books are the perfect addition to help you teach the alphabet. They can be used for small group instruction, seat work or centers. Just print, cut and fold.

There are four types of short vowel books included:

  1. Books with the letter and a solid writing line (no pictures)
  2. Books with the letter and a solid writing line (pictures on two pages; third page no picture)
  3. Books with the letter and a handwriting line (no pictures)
  4. Books with the letter and a handwriting line (pictures on two pages; third page no picture)

Also included are pictures to cut and glue into the books. For each letter there are three pictures. The same pictures are also in color for the teacher to print and use in a pocket chart or on the white board as a teaching tool. There is also a space for them to practice writing their letters.
