Alphabet Play Dough Mats
are a fun way for children to practice letter recognition and formation. Not only can you use play dough but you can also use shaving cream, finger paint, and much more. You can have students practice cutting out the letters or gluing things like tissue paper or pom poms on them too. This activity is perfect for independent work during centers or for early finishers.
There are two sets of mats included. The first set includes the uppercase and lowercase bubble letters for the play dough, a picture (no picture for m or w), a line with dotted letters to trace, and a blank line to write the letters. The second set includes just the uppercase and lowercase bubble letters for the play dough or other materials.
Please see the PREVIEW for an example of this activity.
