Description
These alphabet anchor charts focus on beginning sounds. They help kids develop letter recognition and phonological awareness.
Included in this pack:
- 26 x Posters featuring each letter of the alphabet and the corresponding beginning sounds.
- Both American and Australian spelling variations are included
- Plain borders to help kids focus on the poster content, save on ink and complement any classroom decor theme
- Please note - For the letter /x/ I've included a picture of an X-ray and three ending sound pictures (box, fox and mix), so the focus is on the /x/ sound. i.e. There is no xylophone which makes a /z/ sound which can be confusing to kids.
Tips
- These posters are great for circle time when you're introducing new letters and sounds.
- You can bind the posters together with the cover page to create an alphabet book for your reading corner.
