Alphabet puzzles offer a fun way to work on sound and recognition for each letter of the alphabet. The puzzle contains the letter in upper and lower case and pictures using the letter as the first sound.
Each item is in color and black and white.
There are so many uses for the puzzles. Use them for a center by printing them on card stock. Laminating the card stock will allow several years of use.
Print off the each puzzle for the student. As the letter is introduced and studied, the he can color and cut out the puzzles for practice. The children can pull out the puzzles and use them for quiet study material.
Another option would be to print the puzzles, laminate and place a few in a take home study packet with a different child each day.
For each vowel there is a short and long vowel puzzle.
