These alphabet sound cards are perfect for practicing initial sounds. The student simply places their finger on a yellow dot and says what the picture is. I personally use them in guided reading and train the kids to say for example "A. /a/. apple, alligator, astronaut." so they are saying the letter, sounding it, then saying 3 examples of that letter sound. I have had loads of success with these and the students can quickly do them the correct way independently. I hope your kiddos enjoy them as much as mine do!
**For the best quality and re-usability, I print in color and laminate the cards. I also put a set in the library that has been hole punched and on a metal ring clip.**
