These 26 alphabet pages are perfect for distinguishing between uppercase and lettercase letters. They will also help your children to learn the sound that each letter makes, by correlating the pictures with the letter sounds. My students tell me these sheets are both fun and helpful. They like the way the pictures on every sheet match with the letter sound. You can also laminate these sheets and place them in an ABC center to be used over and over again with dry-erase markers.
The two common core standards that best fit this product are:
CCSS.ELA-Literacy.RF.K.1d Recognize and name all upper- and lowercase letters of the alphabet.
CCSS.ELA-Literacy.RF.K.3a Demonstrate basic knowledge of one-to-one letter-sound correspondences by producing the primary sound or many of the most frequent sounds for each consonant.
