Do your students love your writing center? Do they have fun practicing printing their letters and copying words? This may be the perfect resource for them . . . and you!
This packet contains alphabet vocabulary cards for beginning writers. Each page contains four different cards for a letter of the alphabet. Keep these in your classroom as a resource for students as they go through the pre- & beginning writing stages. These cards not only show proper letter formation, but also provide students with the opportunity to practice beginning sounds and act as a model as students begin copying familiar words.
Two suggested uses for these cards are:
Suggestion 1: Use your favorite letter cards to create a mini alphabet line.
Suggestion 2: Hole punch the cards and put on a binder ring. Keep them in your writing center as a reference for your students.
