Write the Room Aa to Zz
Write the room is a great center activity to use in your classroom. This resource includes a set of 10-12 colored pictures for the letters Aa-Zz and a student sheet to match each picture. Copy and cut the word cards pictures and place them in different places around the classroom. The children will write the room by writing the words to each picture on their student sheet.
Not only will the student practice writing words that begin with the letter each letter, they will also be introduced to 10-12 words that begin with the letter. The skills covered include: letter formation, letter identification, initial sounds, and vocabulary development. Each week your students will anxiously await the new set of alphabet cards.
