PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Industrial Revolution ushered in new methods of utilizing our natural resources. Transportation across the country, which had been boring and cumbersome, was made more comfortable with the addition of the Pullman Palace. The creative ideas of inventors changed the way Americans worked, and improved their way of living.
Students will review the New Industrial Revolution. Primary sources are included in order to give them a picture of what others thought about various aspects of the revolution. Activities follow each of the major sections. The “Preview” provides the Table of Content.
