The following is a graphic organizer activity in which students are given six causes to identify and their effects which bring the United States closer to involvement in World War II. An answer key is provided as well.
The six causes are: the Cash and Carry provision, the All aid short of war proposal, the Selective Training and Service act, the Lend-Lease Act, German wolf packs, and the Atlantic Charter.
Lastly students are asked to foreshadow the event which will force the United States to become involved in World War II.
This activity pairs well with my Setting the Stage for American involvement in WWII PPT (available for purchase in my TPT store). I use this activity for both classwork and homework after we discuss the PPT in class
