American History INTERACTIVE Game

Description
This American History Interactive Game is a favorite for students. An idea that I found successful was dividing students into groups and having them discuss together before their spokesperson answered.
There are Two Jeopardy Games.
Topics: ★Exploration ★ Native Americans ★ Colonization ★ Colonial Life,A Revolution is Coming ★ Revolutionary Leaders ★ Revolutionary Battles ★ Revolutionary Non-Battles ★ Government ★ US Constitution
Aligned to SC 4th grade standards
It is a great way to review!
The beginning has Jeopardy sound. There is one final jeopardy question and a few yellow highlighted questions to use for daily doubles.
In order to play the game, it is just like you were presenting a power point. It is really easy! Once it starts, it is just a matter of clicking. I use the smartboard and it works great!
More detailed directions: Click on "slide show", then click on "from beginning." The introduction pages will come up. Click on either game 1, 2, or 3. The game board will come up. Click on the your choice, click anywhere on the screen and the question will appear. Click anywhere on the screen again for the answer to appear. When ready, click the big black return arrow button and go back to the game board. The numbers that were already chosen will be highlighted so the students won't choose the same one.
To keep score, type it in under the team. I usually have my better math student take charge. Don't worry, the others won't let him/her make a mistake!
