This class project allows all students to take part in building a product that the whole class can enjoy. It can be assembled into a book or hung in the hallway for a incredible display. I hung mine in the hallway - and actually had a set for four classrooms and they looked awesome lined up together!
This project is a way of reflecting on everything learning in a study of the American Revolution. Students will be assigned or will choose a letter of the alphabet. Students will also be given a complete list of the alphabet with suggestions that they "could" use for their letter to represent something significant about their learning of the American Revolution. They are welcome to choose from this complete list or select another idea of their own.
This attachment comes complete with all letters of the alphabet, a box for students to illustrate and then lines below the box to explain their knowledge on this topic. It also comes with a directions sheet ready to print and distribute to your students that explains the project and gives them possible suggestions for ideas.
I had less than 26 students in my class - so additional letters were optional and I always had several students jumping at the chance to do another letter! Again, placing these final products in the hallway is a great visual and review for everyone (I backed my project with colored construction paper).
A GREAT project that is ready to go! It is a guaranteed to be a hit!
