American Revolution Newspaper Revolutionary War Battles:Worksheet/Printable
Product Description
Students pretend they are writers during the Revolutionary War. Each student chooses a battle to describe in a newspaper article. Their writing must include words from the word bank at the bottom of the page. I generally have my students choose five words to include in their writing, but the worksheet has a blank in the instructions, so you can choose how many words you would like the students to include in their news article. This blank makes it easy for you to adjust the number of required words to differentiate for modified students. English teachers will appreciate you for not only teaching history, but helping students improve their writing skills.
