... because technology should not be that "one more thing to do"
This classroom-tested project easily integrates social studies, reading, and technology for you and your students. If your school uses Scholastic's Reading Counts program, you can encourage historical fiction and nonfiction reading with a culminating techology-based project that's real, meaningful, and visually appealing!
The project file includes an organizer for students to record non-fiction and historical fiction selections and Reading Counts quiz success, suggested historical fiction book list with Lexile levels included, student directions to create a unique American Revolution Reading Counts Bingo board in Word, and a rubric to score completed student work.
