This document includes a study guide with seventeen of the major events from the American Revolution, along with an assessment and flashcards to go with the study guide. There is also a sheet listed with a QR code to a slideshow about these seventeen events. It includes pictures and some slides include a brief description. You can use this slideshow through Google Slides in your classroom and project it or have your students access the slideshow via iPads or tablets.
I had my students use the graded assessment as an interactive study guide as they used iPads to fill in the table based on the slideshow. They knew they would see this sheet again as an assessment at the end of the unit.
The flashcards need to be printed separately from the rest of the document, two-sided on the short edge. They look wonderful printed on card stock. I made ten sets for my classroom and had children practice with them in groups.
