This is a unique way to teach students about the American Revolution! There are five prompts with texting conversations that students will complete between historical figures related to the Revolutionary War. There are also guiding questions for students to consider as they create the conversations.

This is a student-centered teaching strategy that can also be an assessment tool.

Historical figures from the situations include Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Thomas Paine, John Jay, King George III, and General Charles Cornwallis.
