This common-core standards-based digital project is designed to serve as a cumulative assessment of students' knowledge of major causes, events, and the impact of the American Revolution. Using a Google Slides free template (not created by me; author is credited throughout) linked in the directions, students showcase their choice of 8 exhibits related to the war, one of which is required to be the Declaration of Independence.
This .doc file with project directions guide students in using the template and citing their work. It also includes a rubric which has been added to the template so that the teacher can easily make comments and show scores on each student's individual project.
I like to push the template out through Google Classroom but you could also simply use the link which, when accessed, requires users to automatically make their own copy of the template that is stored in their Google Drive. Students would then have to individually "share" their completed museum tour with you.
