We all know that students do better with vocabulary when they put the term into their own words. This chart helps your students do just that. This particular chart focuses on American Revolution vocabulary. The students define the word, draw a picture depicting the definition, then use the word in their own sentence. Not only do they get repetition, they are creating their own way of remembering the vocabulary words. This also serves as a wonderful study guide when it comes to quiz or test time.
This particular puzzle is based on vocabulary found in Chapter 6 of Glencoe's The American Journey.
