American Revolution-Vocabulary Practice
I have, Who has? - This is a class favorite for reviewing vocabulary words. This set contains 50 cards, all related to the American Revolution, allowing most if not all students to have two cards. Any student can start with the “Who has?” portion of their card and another student answers with the “I have.” and then asks their “Who has?” until all cards have been read. My students love to have me time them and work hard to go faster and faster.
✽Memory Game – Print cards on cardstock and have students cut apart, place cards upside down on table and small groups of students can take turns finding pairs.
✽Flash Cards - Another option is to print the same cards and have students cut apart and glue the cards back to back to create flash cards.
✽Quizzes/Study Guides – Fill in the blank style quizzes – missing words and missing definitions. The included word bank can be used for missing word quiz.
✽Word/Definition Lists – Glue lists into interactive notebooks or use as an easy answer key.
