These PRIMER Sight Word puzzle cards are perfect for guided and independent practice.
Put the word portion of the puzzle in a pocket chart and give the students opportunities to match the signed portion in a whole or small group situation.
Students use the puzzles independently to match the sign to the sight words.
FOR MORE STRUCTURED PRACTICE, print out two copies of the puzzles. Cut up one copy and leave the others together on a page. Place velcro on the page and on the cut up puzzle pieces and have student match identical pieces.
THIS SET INCLUDES PRIMER WORDS IN PUZZLE FORM ONLY. It includes two versions of the puzzle, one with the word and the sign only ( for more advanced users) and one with the word and the sign AND the word (for students needing more support).
