You can have your students complete this activity in a variety of ways. You can have them mix and mingle in your classroom until they have interviewed twelve other people, or you can set up your classroom in a “speed dating” type setting, with the clock running for them to speak to each other, until the timer buzzes and they rotate to the next person!
This activity is particularly great for practicing interrogatives and helping the students remember to ask questions in the tú form, answer in the yo form, and then practice writing what the person answered in the él or ella form.
There are instructions for several variations and cultural lessons included with this activity. I also included a link to the Slides presentation I use to explain this activity to my students.
