Aminah Robinson was an African-American artist who used her art to tell stories about her life and childhood, as well as stories passed down by her family. Her unique style includes the use of non-traditional art materials like buttons, beads, twigs, cloth and shells.
In this lesson, students will create their own story book, in the unique style of Aminah Robinson.
