Four worksheets about self-love for heritage speakers class or advanced levels of Spanish.

Students will:
- finish sentences about why they like themself as a person
- self-assess how well they care for themselves
- self-assess where they are at on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs
- write a letter to themselves

This is a great activity to use for Valentine's Day. Instead of focusing on romance or friendship, students focus on the importance of loving who you are, an essential component of being a well-adjusted individual. You can even discuss how by first loving who they are, they will have more success in their relationships with others.
