Writing Pages for Each Letter of The Alphabet- Animal Alphabet Writing for your classroom needs.
I have used this for stories in 1st grade, but thought I could easily adapt it for Kindergarten or preschool.
For first grade, we use these pages to write stories. The middle circle is always the character. The left circle we talk about the setting in which the animal is in and then do a quick draw of it (2 minutes or less). Once the quick draw is done, we then write a few words under the circle to describe the setting. The last circle is for the "action." What is the animal doing. Do a quick draw for the action and list some words below. After this, we write a story about what the animal has done.
For this adaptation, the two circles could be areas in which kids write other things that start with the same letter.
They can then trace the letters and write more below them. Or you can brainstorm as a class things that start with that letter and have the kids copy them off the board...There is one page per letter of the alphabet.
The possibilities are endless...I have a few of them written in the directions on the "How To Use" page.
