Mathematical Practice 3 - Construct viable arguments and critique the reasoning of others.
Here's a great activity that meets MP3 and can be used over and over throughout the year after your assessments.
How To Use This Sheet:
1) After you complete an assessment, print out a blank version of this template.
2) In the first column, fill in the problems that students most commonly answered incorrectly, along with work that leads to the common wrong answer. (Similar to 'My Favorite No')
3) Print as many pages as you need - room for 6 problems back-to-back, depending on your students' needs.
4) Make copies of this form with your problems in the left column and copy for students to analyze and correct. You get to be the student and they have to be the teacher!
