This resource is aligned to SOL 2.1 and supplements SOL 2.4. Students will read paragraphs about famous Americans, analyze their action in the given scenario, and complete a graphic organizer, which includes their opinion about the choice.
The organizer asks students the following questions:
"What choice did he or she make?"
"Why did he or she make that choice?"
"What happened as a result of that choice?"
"Was it a good decision? Why or why not?"
