Analyze each of the 1st 10 amendments to determine the meaning of each.
Evaluate the document to determine if all necessary individual rights are covered. They must also determine which rights were left out and need to be included.
Research the rest of the constitutional amendments to see if what they believed was left out was eventually included.
Create step where the constitution is used as model for them to create a classroom constitution that addresses the rights of all class citizens.
