Want a fun way for students to analyze adaptations (such as feet) and how it can help certain animals live in their environment?
Have students cut out the puzzle pieces (or you can do it yourself beforehand) and have them put the puzzle back together using what they know about adaptations and environments.
You can have your students use it as memory in a group setting (every student picks a work then has to match the four pieces of their puzzle first [with the same rules as memory]. first player to complete their puzzle wins!) or you can have students practice independently. Great practice either way!
Great if you do science centers!
