Product Description
This activity can be used towards the beginning of a unit on Mary Shelley's Frankenstein to ensure that students understand the characters of Robert Walton and Victor Frankenstein. During the activity, students build character boxes to represent various aspects of the characters. At the end of the activity, they compare/contrast the two characters to ensure that they see parallels and can discuss why Mary Shelley began her novel with Robert Walton and how the frame tale impacts the novel as a whole.
