This is a 27 page unit study on Ancient Egypt. The project is broken into 4 topics of study: Trade, Transportation and the Nile; Daily Life; Art and Architecture; and Religion in Ancient Egypt.
Students are given the choice to pick from a variety of assignment questions (minimum of 1 per topic) to add up to a final total of 150 marks.
The assignment questions for each topic are written to appeal to the many different learning styles of individual students. The assignment questions are written to varying ability levels and are worth more or less depending on the difficulty of the question. Each assignment question requires in-depth research and is written as a self-directed term study that allows for student choice, differentiated learning, and for student success at a range of ability levels.
