In this Common Core focused, Hippocratic Oath activity, students analyze the Hippocratic Oath by the ancient Greek physician, Hippocrates!
There are two options for this assignment - first, students can analyze both the original Hippocratic Oath and the one administered today. For each document, students complete analytical questions that help students understand the role of Hippocrates in creating a code of ethics for medical professionals. Or, if you prefer, students can summarize the oath section by section, answering the analytical questions at the end!
