Students review Ancient Rome with a poster board project where they create a tour and lead tourists around Ancient Rome. There are written and visual components to this project, and if time allows, group presentations. The handout outlines the expectations and details of the project.
Sample tasks/requirements include:
-7 stops (including gladiator games, the building of an aqueduct, a Senate Debate, the Temple of Vesta, and more!)
-each stop must be summarized in 1-2 historically accurate and creative paragraphs
-maps and images must be included for some of the stops
-there are 2 extra credit opportunities
A rubric is included but the point values are blank to accommodate your own grading systems.
